Voluntary Information: Occasionally, we may run a giveaway or promotion. In these cases, we may ask for a mailing address solely to send you a prize.

Anonymous Usage Data: We monitor website traffic using Simple Analytics. This tool is entirely cookieless and does not collect any personal data or IP addresses. We can see that a page was visited, but we never know who you are.

We use your information strictly for the reasons you provided it:

• To send you our newsletter (filled with craft ideas, news, and offers).
• To respond to your inquiries or provide support.
• To deliver prizes if you win a promotion.

• Brevo: Our email marketing platform used to manage and send our newsletters.

We have intentionally removed all invasive third-party trackers, such as Google and Meta pixels. We use a simple local cookie to ensure you don’t see the same sign-up pop-up multiple times. Our analytics are cookieless.

5. How long do we keep your information?

Newsletter: We keep your email address until you choose to unsubscribe (there is an “unsubscribe” link in every email we send).

General Inquiries: We typically delete support or contact emails after 2 years.

Anonymized Data: Data collected via Simple Analytics is aggregated and anonymized immediately; it contains no personal information to delete.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. Make Fun Creating is intended for adults and supervised teens. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

You are in control of your data. Regardless of where you live, you can contact us at any time to:

• Update or correct your information.
• Request that we delete your data entirely.
